Refunds

Last updated 29 August 2026

This policy is for UK consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you buy from another country you still get any mandatory rights that country gives you.

14-day cooling-off

Distance contracts usually come with a 14-day right to cancel. Pixels are digital content delivered the moment Stripe marks the payment paid: your logo goes on the live board and those tiles leave the open market. When you hit Pay you ask us to start that at once and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right for that purchase.

When we refund

  • You were charged and we could not place the pixels (we refund through Stripe).
  • You were charged twice for the same checkout.
  • The goods are not as described in a way UK consumer law treats as a breach.

We do not refund because someone later outbid a tile, punched a hole in your logo, or because the live price moved. That is how the board works.

How to ask

Email privacy@pixelboard.lol with the Stripe receipt or the company name you used. We aim to reply within 7 days. If we agree, the refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe.
